I’m Malik Mubashar Riaz, a Mechanical Design Engineer helping businesses and individuals turn ideas into practical products through 3D CAD modeling, product development, and ANSYS simulation.

I work with SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Creo, and ANSYS to develop mechanical components, assemblies, enclosures, sheet metal parts, and structural frames. My experience includes reverse engineering, design for manufacturing and assembly, prototyping, and engineering documentation.

My approach connects design with how a product will be manufactured, assembled, and used. I focus on editable models, functional clearances, material choices, and clear drawings. Where analysis is needed, I use structural, thermal, vibration, and CFD simulations to evaluate design behavior and guide improvements.
