I am Waqar Younas, an Assistant Manager – Network & System Specialist with 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure.

I have 5 years of experience with Nayatel, a leading ISP, where I worked as a Network Administrator supporting the Head Office and nationwide branch offices. I have experience managing enterprise networks, data center infrastructure, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi systems, VPNs, and network monitoring platforms.

Currently, I work at Sybrid, where I manage multi-site enterprise IT and network operations across Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Abbottabad. My technical expertise includes network design and deployment, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPSec VPN, enterprise firewalls, Active Directory, virtualization, switching, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure security.

Alongside my corporate career, I have been working as a freelance Network Engineer for the past 2 years and 9 months, providing professional networking, firewall, Wi-Fi, VPN, virtualization, and infrastructure solutions to international clients.

I focus on delivering reliable, secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions tailored to each client's requirements. I also have extensive experience in remote troubleshooting, project implementation, technical support, and working with clients in different environments.

My goal is to help businesses build stable and secure IT infrastructure while providing professional communication, timely delivery, and practical technical solutions.
